These terms cover the public website and evaluation-request experience. Commercial product use is governed by the agreement signed with DeployIQ.
These terms govern access to the DeployIQ marketing website, public documentation, and contact and demo-request workflows. They do not replace a signed order form, subscription agreement, data-processing agreement, service-level agreement, evaluation agreement, or other contract governing access to the DeployIQ product.
DeployIQ is a business-to-business product. If you use the website or submit a request on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide the submitted business information and to communicate with DeployIQ for that organization.
The website describes DeployIQ as an AI DevOps Engineer for deployment intelligence, CI/CD diagnosis, incident investigation, infrastructure and Kubernetes operations, controlled remediation, verification, and optimization. Public descriptions are informational and do not create a warranty, service level, certification, partnership, or contractual commitment unless included in a signed agreement.
Operational recommendations depend on the context and evidence available. Teams remain responsible for production policy, risk acceptance, architecture, incident command, approvals, and validation of sensitive changes. The website does not promise perfect root-cause analysis, incident prevention, downtime elimination, guaranteed savings, or automatically safe rollback.
You may use the website for legitimate evaluation, research, and business communication. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, submit malicious code, misuse forms, impersonate another person or organization, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, or use content unlawfully.
DeployIQ and its website content, product names, visual identity, interfaces, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms permit ordinary website access and evaluation; they do not transfer ownership or grant a license to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials except where law expressly permits.
The website may identify integrations or link to third-party services. Those names belong to their respective owners. Compatibility information does not imply affiliation or partnership. Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls.
DeployIQ may change, suspend, or discontinue website content or request workflows. A successful website response is not evidence that every DeployIQ product service or connected customer environment is healthy. The public status page explains the status information currently available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and informational content are provided on an as-available basis without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, security, or professional advice for a particular production environment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DeployIQ is not responsible under these website terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of public website content. Any liability for a paid or evaluated DeployIQ service is governed by the applicable signed agreement. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
